HELLO! MY NAME IS AIMEE
and I would love to help you!
If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or weighed down by painful experiences, you don't have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and I'm so glad you're here.
I'm Aimee Andrews, and I work with adolescents (17+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, Complex PTSD, and trauma.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, combining evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—to help you heal from the past, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life of greater peace, resilience, and purpose.
My relationship with Christ is the foundation of my life and influences the compassion, hope, and grace I strive to bring into every counseling relationship. For clients who desire it, I am honored to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith, prayer, and biblical principles into the counseling process. At the same time, I warmly welcome individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs, tailoring therapy to each person's unique values, goals, and needs.
I believe people aren't broken—they're often carrying burdens they were never meant to carry alone. My hope is to provide a space where you feel accepted, challenged, and encouraged as you heal, grow, and rediscover the life you were created to live.
Taking the first step toward counseling takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you. Whether you're seeking healing from past trauma, relief from anxiety, or simply a safe place to process life's challenges, you don't have to do it alone.
